Explorer Camp is for campers in grades 7 and 8 and is coed. Campers will go on four field trips throughout the week (please see Explorer Camp Calendar below for more details!). Each week is different and filled with new trips and special events, so join us for one week or up to eight!

Grades: 7-8
Fee: $625/week
Time: 9am - 3:30pm

Each week is centered around a unique theme that guides our daily activities, creating an engaging and adventurous experience for campers. The weekly themes are chosen to spark curiosity and learning through hands-on challenges, troop-building exercises, and creative projects to make each day exciting and meaningful! We end the week with an on-campus Special Event centered around the theme of the week. 

Time: 9am drop-off - 3:30pm pick-up

**Please note that in order to meet the scheduled times of our trips, any late drop-offs/early pick-ups may not be able to be accommodated. Please contact the office as soon as possible should there be a change in your campers regular drop-off/pick-up times.**

Please be aware that this calendar is subject to change. Trips may change due to weather, low or high enrollment, transportation changes, etc. We will send updates to enrolled families as we make any changes.

Add-ons

Add-ons are optional services that you may select throughout the summer and can be added on to your account directly at registration or during the camp season by contacting the Summer Programs office.

AM Extended Day Add-On
     8am - 8:50am     $75 per week

PM Extended Day Add-On - 3:30pm - 5:30pm
     4:30pm pick-up     $75 per week
     5:30pm pick-up     $100 per week

Refund Protection Add-On - See full Refund Policy under the For Parents tab
     $60 per week (must be purchased prior to May 1) 

Explorer Camp Notes

• Explorer Campers travel off campus by bus on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Explorer Campers may bring cell phones. However, please read our policy regarding cell phone use on the For Parents page.

• Signed Parent Waivers may be required at some locations.

• Explorer Campers will have free swim on Fridays.

• Campers will remain with their assigned troops throughout the day.

• Email communication will be sent regarding field trips prior to each week. Some trips may have a later arrival time and campers will either remain on campus until departure, or arrive at the location early and participate in activities led by their counselors. 

• Troops are led by responsible and experienced counselors in accordance with proper safety ratios.
