TransportationWe offer bus transportation from selected locations. Bus stops are located in safe, accessible areas, and door-to-door transportation is available to families who register for the full six weeks. Sign up for transportation by going into your child's account. Click on "View Transportation Grid" and scroll to the bottom of the page to register. LunchLunch is available for an additional fee of $25/week, due to rising cost lunch will increase to $26.25 after May 1st. Log in to choose your camper's meals with our on-line menu ordering program. To select from the menu you must be logged-in. Click here to view menu. HealthHealth and safety are very important to us. In order for us to effectively care for your child in the event of illness or injury, you are required to complete health information for each camper as part of the registration process.
ATTENTION: For those campers that have already registered in a previous summer, completion of the new registration process ensures that you will have an opportunity to review the health information. Please review the information to be sure that it is still current. Early Bird DiscountA 10% discount will be applied to camp fees and extended day fees for each camper who is enrolled in at least three weeks of camp and has paid all camp fees in full by March 5, 2008. This discount does not apply to lunch and transportation fees, or programs added to the camper’s account after March 5. Six-week Sports Lover Camp DiscountWe believe summer is a great time for exploration. Our 6-week Sports Lover Camp allows campers aged 8-14 the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of sports and become a well-rounded athlete. We offer a discounted rate for campers who elect to sign up for one of our 6-week packages described below. To enroll in one of these special packages, please call the summer programs office; an administrator must assist with your registration.
Sports Packages Cost: $1400 (a $175 savings)
Refund Protection· If you cancel for any reason before May 30, 2008 you will receive a refund of all fees paid, minus the $100 deposit. We do not issue refunds after May 30 unless you purchase our Refund Protection plan.

Service ChargeA service charge of $25 will be assessed for any changes made to a camper’s schedule after May 30, 2008. There will be a charge of $35 assessed for any check returned by the bank. Visitor/Guest PolicyCampers wishing to have a guest to camp must have prior approval from the Director of Summer Programs. Guests must complete a registration form and a health form prior to attending camp. The daily charge for guests is $50, payable on the day of the scheduled visit. SwimmingGermantown Academy has a 25-yard indoor pool, staffed by experienced, certified lifeguards. Recreational swimming is included in our sports camps and afternoon day camp schedule. Daily group swimming lessons are provided to participants who are enrolled in Day Camp all day. Towels for swimming are provided.
