Mini Camp provides a warm, friendly and supportive environment where children ages 4-5 entering Pre-K or kindergarten feel safe and right at home. Our age-appropriate facilities promote cognitive development through interactive and fun activities. Each week, we introduce a new theme and incorporate lessons around the week’s topic. (See our web site for the full calendar.) A typical day at Mini Camp is filled with child-centered activities including swimming, arts & crafts, outdoor play and music, followed by afternoon quiet time. All children participate in daily group swimming lessons. Our professional swim instructors have great success with helping young children reach their full potential in the water. The primary goal of our Mini Camp is to engage campers in practicing social skills while making friends, learning new things, and having fun. Campers must be proficient in using the toilet. Diapers or pull-ups are not allowed.
