In this course, campers will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become confident caregivers for infants, toddlers, and school-age children. They will interact with children at the GA Child Care Center and learn ways to keep children safe and happy. Hands-on activities and role playing will include topics such as responding to emergencies, making decisions under pressure, communicating with parents, and landing a babysitting job.
